The loft in the picture was made with fir wood beams, the perimeter's ones are 240x120 mm, while the intermediate ones are 200x100 mm. The beams fitting to concrete is realized through apposite steel flanges and with wall screws too.
The floor was made with solid beech slats, appositely joint together. In order to protect the loft, the customer specifically requested a balustrade characterized by tubolar steel balusters fitted to the wooden handrail through apposite abs inserts. The balustrade model is F1.
